Whipped instant coffee

This old fashioned ‘desi cappuccino’ does not require any fancy gadget or technique. All it requires is instant coffee, sugar, milk and some elbow grease! Preservative free Sarda Farms milk adds its natural goodness to the coffee. You can adjust the amount of ingredients to your taste



  • 2 ‏tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1- ½ ‏tablespoons sugar
  • 1-1 ¼ ‏cups Sarda farms milk


Place coffee, sugar and 1-1 ½ tablespoon water in a cup/mug. (Do not add too much water. Add water just enough to moisten the coffee and sugar)

Using a spoon, vigorously whisk the mixture continuously. The coffee and sugar will melt and thicken to form a light brown paste. (about 15 minutes)

Use this paste to make 1 large mug of coffee or 2 small cups. Distribute the paste accordingly.

Heat milk in a saucepan on low flame.

Once it starts boiling, simmer and whisk the milk to make it frothy.

Gradually pour it over the whipped coffee.

Serve immediately.
