Wholesome Sarda Farms dahi blends with strawberries to make this homemade,refreshing fruit yogurt. Start your day off right with this healthy Strawberry yogurt. To add crunch and amp up the health quotient, top strawberry yogurt with muesli or granola. You can replace strawberries with any other berry or fruit of choice.
- 15-20 strawberries, sliced
- ¾ cup Sarda Farms dahi ,whey drained completely
- 2-3 tablespoons honey (or as required)
- Few drops of vanilla (or strawberry) extract (optional)
- 2-3 tablespoons muesli or granola (optional)
Place few slices of strawberries at the base of 3-4 serving bowls .
Blend strawberries with yogurt, honey and vanilla extract (if using)
Spoon yogurt over the strawberry slices and chill for minimum 30 minutes.
Serve topped with a spoonful of muesli or granola and strawberry halves.
