Quick Broccoli salad
Quick broccoli salad packs a healthy side dish that can be made in under 10 minutes. Sarda Farms ghee and dahi enhance the taste and nutritive value of the salad
- 1 cup broccoli florets and stems, blanched
- 2-3 teaspoon Sarda Farms ghee
- 2-3 tablespoons Sarda Farms dahi,whisked
- 1-2 garlic pods, minced
- 1-2 red/green chillies, chopped
- 1 tablespoon crushed/powdered roasted groundnuts
- Salt to taste
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan on low flame
Toss in the garlic, chilly and broccoli.
Sprinkle salt as required.
Stir and cook on medium-high flame till the broccoli just begins to char.
Place it on a serving plate and cool slightly.
Sprinkle groundnut powder all over and serve
