Quick Broccoli salad

Quick broccoli salad packs a healthy side dish that can be made in under 10 minutes. Sarda Farms ghee and dahi enhance the taste and nutritive value of the salad

 

Ingredients

  • 1 ‏cup broccoli florets and stems, blanched
  • 2-3 ‏teaspoon Sarda Farms ghee
  • 2-3 ‏tablespoons Sarda Farms dahi,whisked
  • 1-2 ‏garlic pods, minced
  • 1-2 ‏red/green chillies, chopped
  • 1 ‏tablespoon crushed/powdered roasted groundnuts
  • ‏Salt to taste

Method

Heat ghee in a non-stick pan on low flame

Toss in the garlic, chilly and broccoli.

Sprinkle salt as required.

Stir and cook on medium-high flame till the broccoli just begins to char.

Place it on a serving plate and cool slightly.

Drizzle the dahi all over (you can add some salt to the dahi if you like)

Sprinkle groundnut powder all over and serve
