Papaya Dahi Parfait

If you are looking for ways to include nutritious Papaya in your diet, this quick Papaya Dahi Parfait is for you. Dress up the humble papaya into a pretty, layered dessert, perfect for breakfast. The simple recipe is just a guideline to get you started. You can alter the quantities of ingredients as per your taste. Use any additional fruits of choice. Papaya Dahi Parfait needs to be served as soon as it is made.


  • ¾ ‏cup Homemade Granola made using Sarda Farms Ghee
  • ½ ‏cup Sarda Farms dahi (whey drained)
  • 1 ‏cup cut ripe papaya
  • 3-4 ‏tablespoons honey (or as required)
  • 1 ‏teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-3 ‏teaspoons pomegranate seeds (optional)


Whisk dahi with vanilla extract in a small bowl

Place few papaya pieces in 2 or 3 glasses/serving bowls

Add a tablespoon of granola over it.

Spoon over about 1-1 ½ tablespoon dahi over it.

Drizzle some honey.

Add few more pieces of papaya and repeat the layers to fill the glass/bowl.

Serve immediately garnished with pomegranate seeds and a sprig of mint (optional)


For a fun breakfast idea, you can also cut small papaya into half, remove seeds and use it as a bowl for individual serving. Add some granola in the cavity and top with the vanilla-dahi. Drizzle honey and serve immediately topped with pomegranate seeds.
