Mixed vegetable raita
Mixed vegetable raita is a colourful healthy side dish that goes very well with parathas or biryani/pulao. Additive free Sarda Farms dahi lends a distinctive taste to the raita. This is a versatile recipe and you can adjust the amount of ingredients to your taste


Ingredients
- 1 cup Sarda Farms dahi, whey drained & whisked
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- 1-2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
- 1 small yellow or red capsicum, chopped
- 1 small green capsicum, chopped
- 1-2 small carrots, peeled and chopped
- ½- ¾ teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 8-10 mint leaves, torn
Method
Whisk together dahi, cumin powder, chilli powder & salt in a bowl
Add the vegetables and mint leaves. Mix
Serve immediately of chill for 30 minutes before serving.
