Mixed vegetable raita

Mixed vegetable raita is a colourful healthy side dish that goes very well with parathas or biryani/pulao. Additive free Sarda Farms dahi lends a distinctive taste to the raita. This is a versatile recipe and you can adjust the amount of ingredients to your taste



  • 1 ‏cup Sarda Farms dahi, whey drained & whisked
  • 1 ‏onion finely chopped
  • 1 ‏tomato finely chopped
  • 1-2 ‏cucumbers, peeled and chopped
  • 1 ‏small yellow or red capsicum, chopped
  • 1 ‏small green capsicum, chopped
  • 1-2 ‏small carrots, peeled and chopped
  • ½- ¾ ‏teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ ‏teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ‏Salt to taste
  • 8-10 ‏mint leaves, torn


Whisk together dahi, cumin powder, chilli powder & salt in a bowl

Add the vegetables and mint leaves. Mix

Serve immediately of chill for 30 minutes before serving.
