Melon mango & turmeric smoothie

A smoothie is a healthy on-the-go breakfast or a filling snack with endless variations. This melon mango & turmeric smoothie provides the energy boost to start the day.Sarda Farms milk makes it super delicious & nutritious. You can also use fresh Sarda Farms dahi instead of milk or a combination of milk & dahi.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 ‏cup musk melon (cantaloupe) pieces, chilled or frozen
  • 1 ‏cup mango pulp, chilled or frozen
  • ½ - ¾ ‏cup Sarda Farms milk, chilled
  • ¼ - ½ ‏teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 ‏tablespoon honey, or any other sweetener
  • ½ -1 ‏teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.

Serve immediately garnished with mango/melon pieces and mint leaves (optional)
