Melon mango & turmeric smoothie
A smoothie is a healthy on-the-go breakfast or a filling snack with endless variations. This melon mango & turmeric smoothie provides the energy boost to start the day.Sarda Farms milk makes it super delicious & nutritious. You can also use fresh Sarda Farms dahi instead of milk or a combination of milk & dahi.
- 1 cup musk melon (cantaloupe) pieces, chilled or frozen
- 1 cup mango pulp, chilled or frozen
- ½ - ¾ cup Sarda Farms milk, chilled
- ¼ - ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon honey, or any other sweetener
- ½ -1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
Serve immediately garnished with mango/melon pieces and mint leaves (optional)
