Mango Mastani is a sinful treat especially for mango lovers. Season’s bounty of fresh mangoes blends with refreshing Sarda Farms milk to make this indulgent drink/dessert.
- 2-3 large mangoes, peeled and chopped
- ½ - ¾ cup Sarda Farms milk, chilled
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or as required)
- 2-3 scoops vanilla or mango ice-cream
- 2-3 tablespoons of chopped nuts and dry fruits of choice (pistachios, almonds, cashew nuts, raisins, cherries etc.)
Reserve 2-3 tablespoons of chopped mango pieces.
Add the remaining mango pieces, milk and sugar in a blender and blitz to make a thick shake. (You can make this ahead and refrigerate this till it is ready for use)
Place 2-3 mango pieces each, at the base of two tall glasses.
Divide and pour the mango shale over it.
Top it with ice-cream and leftover mango pieces
Serve immediately garnished with nuts and dry fruits.
