Buttermilk batter bhajji (fritters)

Green peas and dahi salad is a no-cook, healthy snack/side dish. Wholesome Sarda Farms dahi increases the nutritional quotient of this protein packed dish.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 ‏cup fresh green peas, blanched, drained and cooled
  • ¼ ‏cup Sarda Farms dahi, whisked
  • 2-3 ‏fresh garlic bulbs and greens, chopped
  • 2 ‏green chillies, finely chopped
  • ‏Few coriander and mint leaves, chopped
  • ‏Salt to taste

Method

Mix green peas, garlic, greens, chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves and salt in a bowl.

Add dahi and mix

Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes and then serve.
