Buttermilk batter bhajji (fritters)
Green peas and dahi salad is a no-cook, healthy snack/side dish. Wholesome Sarda Farms dahi increases the nutritional quotient of this protein packed dish.
- 1 cup fresh green peas, blanched, drained and cooled
- ¼ cup Sarda Farms dahi, whisked
- 2-3 fresh garlic bulbs and greens, chopped
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- Few coriander and mint leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
Mix green peas, garlic, greens, chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves and salt in a bowl.
Add dahi and mix
Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes and then serve.
