Ghee toast

Simple food is always the best, just like these Ghee Toasts. Toasted multigrain bread is drizzled with rich, flavourful Sarda Farms ghee and then topped with honey, cinnamon and chopped fruit to make this simple snack. You can top the toasts with any fruit, dry fruit or nut of choice or skip it completely.



  • 4 slices ‏multigrain bread
  • 2 tablespoons ‏Sarda Farms ghee, melted
  • 2 tablespoons ‏honey (or any other sweetener)
  • ‏Pinch of cinnamon
  • ‏Chopped fruits (or dry fruits or nuts) for serving (mango, apples, berries, bananas etc.)


Heat a grill pan on low to medium heat.
Toast the bread slices on both sides till they become crisp.
Drizzle ghee on both sides and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
Place toast on a serving plate.
Drizzle honey and sprinkle some cinnamon
Serve topped with fruits.
