- 1 medium sized bottled gourd, peeled and sliced
- 4-5 tablespoons Sarda Farms ghee (or as required)
- 1-2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½- ¾ cup rice flour
- Salt to taste
Rub some salt and half of the red chilli powder on the bottle gourd slices and keep aside for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining chilli powder and some salt to the rice flour, mix and spread it on a flat plate.
Discard excess water from the bottle gourd slices and dip each slice in the rice flour on both sides to coat.
Heat about 1- 1 ½ tablespoon ghee in a non-stick pan on medium flame.
Place about 5-6 slices in the pan (depending on the pan size) and fry on both sides till they are golden brown and crisp.
Repeat with the remaining slices.
