Ghee pepper potato roast
Fresh Sarda Farms Ghee and pepper jazz up the flavour of this humble potato roast.Ghee pepper potato roast can be served with roti or rice or can be served as a snack on its own.
- 2-3 potatoes, boiled peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sarda Farms ghee
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 small onion,chopped
- 2-3 green chillies,chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 2-3 garlic pods, grated
- ½ teaspoon grated ginger
- 2-3 teaspoons crushed black pepper
- Salt to taste
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.
Add cumin seeds and once they sizzle add ginger,garlic,green chillies,onion and saute for few minutes.
Add tomato and cook till it softens.
Add potatoes,salt and mix.
Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Sprinkle black pepper powder , mix and serve immediately
