You will want to add this tangy-spicy curry to your quick potato recipes repertoire. The usual potato fry is jazzed up by adding tasty, tangy Sarda Farms dahi to make Dahiwale Aloo. The curry makes for a great snack on its own but can be served as a side dish with Roti or Rice.
Dahiwale Aloo recipe
heat oil in a pan/wok.
Add the Add the mustard seeds.
Once they crackle add the cumin seeds.
Add hing, green chillies, turmeric powder, fennel seeds, ginger and onion
Sauté till the onion turns translucent.
Toss in the boiled potatoes, salt and sugar (if using).
Take the pan off the heat and stir in the dahi. (Do not cook once the dahi is added)
Mix well and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
