Dahi stuffed Figs

Fancy a no-cook snack that looks stunning, takes minimal effort to make and is nutritious? These dahi stuffed figs are perfect as a guilt free dessert or a decadent party snack. Hormone free, fresh Sarda Farms dahi enhances the taste of this exotic snack.


  • 7-8 ‏fresh, firm figs
  • 1/3 ‏cup hung curd made using Sarda Farms dahi
  • 2-3 ‏tablespoon honey
  • 1-2 ‏tablespoon pomegranate seeds
  • 1 ‏tablespoon pistachio flakes or any other nut flakes (optional)
  • ‏Few mint leaves for garnish


Score each fig with a cross about a third of the way without cutting it through.

Stuff it with some hung curd.

Drizzle honey over it and top it with pomegranate seeds, pistachios flakes and mint leaves.

Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.


For a variation you can flavour the dahi with vanilla or saffron or cinnamon
