Dahi mint and coriander dip
Quick, refreshing and versatile this dahi mint and coriander dip is perfect for parties and get-togethers. Additive free Sarda Farms dahi makes this dip tangy and nutritious. Serve it with chips, crackers, roasted papad or with crudites
- 1 small bunch coriander leaves, chopped
- 12-15 mint leaves
- 5-6 green chillies chopped (or as required)
- 1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3-4 ttablespoons Sarda Farms dahi, whey drained completely
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
Add coriander, mint and green chillies to the jar of a mixer. Blend to make a smooth paste. Add 1 tablespoon dahi to make grinding easier.
Whisk remaining dahi in a bowl and add the green chutney, cumin powder and salt.
Serve with crackers, papad or chips
