Chia seeds pudding

Packed with antioxidants, essential vitamins and minerals this chia seeds pudding is a nutritional power house. This fuss free, no-cook pudding can be mixed and kept overnight so that it’s ready to be served for breakfast. Additive free Sarda Farms milk makes the pudding luscious. You can flavour the pudding with any flavouring agent of choice and it can be topped with any fruits, seeds,nuts or dry fruits of choice.



  • 4-5 ‏tablespoons chia seeds (or as required)
  • 1 ‏cup Sarda farms milk
  • 2-3 ‏teaspoons honey (or any other sweetener)
  • ½ ‏teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ‏Chopped fruits or berries for topping (optional)


Stir together chia seeds,milk,vanilla and honey in a glass bottle or pudding bowl.

Cover with the lid and keep it overnight in the refrigerator. Stir once or twice in between so that the seeds are equally distributed.

The chia seeds swell up and the pudding will thicken.

Serve garnished with fruits if using.
