Boiled peanut (groundnut) salad
Boiled peanut (groundnut) salad makes for a quick, nutritious snack/side dish. Fresh Sarda Farms dahi adds creaminess to the spicy,protein rich salad.
- 1 cup boiled peanuts (groundnuts)
- ½ cup Sarda Farms dahi, whey drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons khara boondi (optional)
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- Few sprigs of coriander leaves, chopped
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
