Boiled peanut (groundnut) salad

Boiled peanut (groundnut) salad makes for a quick, nutritious snack/side dish. Fresh Sarda Farms dahi adds creaminess to the spicy,protein rich salad.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 ‏cup boiled peanuts (groundnuts)
  • ½ ‏cup Sarda Farms dahi, whey drained
  • 1 ‏onion, chopped
  • 1 ‏tomato chopped
  • 2-3 ‏tablespoons khara boondi (optional)
  • ½ ‏teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ ‏teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ‏Salt to taste
  • ‏Few sprigs of coriander leaves, chopped

Method

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Serve immediately
