Light, cooling and healthy this Apple Raita can be served as a side dish or a snack. Chopped apple is mixed with lightly spiced, fresh cow milk dahi from Sarda Farms, to make this tasty salad. For a variation you can use Bananas, Guavas, Strawberries etc. instead of Apple.
- 1 large apple, cored and chopped
- 3-4 tablespoons Sarda Farms Dahi
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
- 3/4 teaspoons cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon powdered black salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
In a bowl whisk dahi with salt, pepper,sugar and cumin powder.
Mix in the chopped apple.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
