Apple Raita

Light, cooling and healthy this Apple Raita can be served as a side dish or a snack. Chopped apple is mixed with lightly spiced, fresh cow milk dahi from Sarda Farms, to make this tasty salad. For a variation you can use Bananas, Guavas, Strawberries etc. instead of Apple.


Ingredients

  • 1 ‏large apple, cored and chopped
  • 3-4 tablespoons ‏Sarda Farms Dahi
  • ½ teaspoon ‏black pepper powder
  • 3/4 teaspoons ‏cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon ‏powdered black salt
  • ½ teaspoon ‏sugar
  • ‏Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Method

In a bowl whisk dahi with salt, pepper,sugar and cumin powder.

Mix in the chopped apple.

Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
