Baked Yogurt

Baked Yogurt is one of the easiest desserts to make but looks so fancy that it will make you look like a culinary genius! This basic recipe is very easy and requires just a few simple ingredients. Wholesome Sarda Farms dahi enriches the taste of this baked Yogurt.

You can serve this vanilla flavoured baked yogurt as it is or use any topping of choice like fresh fruits, fruit compote or dry fruits and nuts. You can also flavour the yogurt with any flavour of choice other than vanilla. You can also add some fruit pulp (Strawberry/Mango) to the yogurt mixture to make the respective fruity yogurts




  • 1 ‏cup Sarda Farms dahi, whey drained
  • 3/4 ‏cup Sarda Farms fresh cream (25%)
  • 3/4 ‏cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 ‏teaspoon vanilla extract


Pre-heat the oven to 160 degree Celsius

Add the yogurt to a mixing bowl and whisk.

Add cream, condensed milk and vanilla extract. Whisk till everything blends well.

Pour the mixture into 4 ramekins moulds or oven safe bowls.

Make a water bath by pouring water in a baking tray till it is half filled.

Place the ramekins in the water bath and bake for about 22-25 minutes or till the mixture is just set. (Baking time may change depending on the oven efficiency and size of bowls)

Cool and refrigerate for minimum 1 hour.

Serve as it is or with toppings of choice.
